Show, season, episode, schedule and cast metadata in the app is supplied by TVmaze under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. Field names, summaries, role credits and release precision are adapted for display. Source links are available in the app.
App artwork is referenced from TVmaze’s image hosts and may be cached on the device. Underlying television-image rights belong to the relevant rights holders. Source licensing and attribution do not imply endorsement or ownership of a television programme.
Trakt
Trakt supplies discovery rankings in the app. CouchCheck uses Trakt but is not endorsed or certified by Trakt. Displaying a discovery ranking does not connect a personal Trakt viewing history.
CouchCheck artwork
The couch-and-check app icon is the current CouchCheck brand artwork. The illustrated posters on this website are original fictional-series illustrations already used in CouchCheck’s introduction. They are not real TV programmes, production app screenshots or claims of exclusive shows available to watch.
The website does not publish personal user Libraries, account details or owner-device screenshots. Names and symbols in explanatory illustrations describe concepts, not real partner accounts.
Built with care
The iPhone app uses Expo, React Native, Expo Router and Shopify FlashList, with native Apple SF Symbols where supported. Authentication and cloud records use Supabase. This independent static website is built with Astro and prepared for Render Static Sites.
Apple, Google and other product names identify their respective services. Their marks and third-party television content remain subject to their owners’ rights. CouchCheck is independently operated by Elias Mansour.
A note on network labels
A show’s original network or web channel is metadata about its source. It is not a verified “watch on” recommendation or a guarantee of current streaming rights in your country.
